This guy let our kids sit on the motorcycle. Lance has a proud look while Babe has a "don't mess with my bike "look on his face, LOL

This bike fits me perfectly mom. Babe doesn't need no stinkin hands.

The guy that owned the motorcycle started it up and put it in gear while he revved the bike. Lance says he wasn't scared but his face was white as a sheet.

We weren't planning on camping but we did. The sleeping setup wasn't ideal to say the least.

IMAGINE THAT! A 2 year old not wanting to sleep at 1am. After about an hour of playing "quietly", he went to sleep. Evil pic because it's so dark.

I think this used to be a Ford model T but it's cooler this way. It didn't take much to pass him in our Dodge supervan, LOL The salt flats are super flat thus the name. They are about 11 miles long. This is one of the few places on the planet you can see the curvature of the earth.

The girl that rode this bike almost broke the record for that 50cc class at 36 mph. If you look closely you can see pedals like a moped. Burt Monro of "The Worlds Fastest Indian" fame used to use this motorcycle to run around town. Watch the movie if you get a chance, he still holds several records but much faster than 36 mph with different bikes.

The girl that rides this bike "Kim" is 21 years old. 36 mph is pretty fast considering how small the engine is. There were lots of cool machines to be seen.

I want to ride this one!

This "used" to be a CRX. They broke a record at over 155 mph while we were there. This is on a stock block engine.

Over 200 mph!

This is the same car as in the movie "Cars", the blue dynoco car. Actually it is a special edition car called a Superbird of Nascar fame. It will do 200 and the wing on the rear is there to keep it on the ground, look close you will see it.

Bikes are sexy even without their clothes on.

Here is team Vesco's #444 which has been 458 mph. They are true legends out there. It wasn't running for the race this year but they will be back.
